Privacy
This site is static HTML with no analytics, no cookies, no forms and no third-party requests. The only personal information we hold is what you tell us on the phone.
In one line
The website collects nothing. The business keeps your name, address, phone number and a record of the work, because it cannot do the job or honour a warranty without them.
What the website does
Every page here is a static file. There is no analytics script, no tag manager, no advertising pixel, no embedded video, no map frame, no web font loaded from someone else's server and no comment system. Fonts and stylesheets are served from this domain, so a page view produces no request to any third party at all.
No cookies are set. Nothing is written to local storage. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to. Our host records ordinary server request logs, as any web host does, and we do not tie them to anything.
What the business collects
When you call Riverbend Refrigeration to book a visit, we write down what we need to carry out the work: your name, the service address, a contact number, the appliance in question and what it is doing. After the visit we keep the diagnosis, the estimate and the invoice.
That record is the only reason a warranty claim can be honoured later, so we keep it for as long as the work is covered and for as long as tax and business records must be retained after that. We do not build a marketing list from it and we do not sell, rent or trade it.
Who else sees it
Only where a job requires it: a parts distributor sees a model and serial number, not your address; a payment processor sees the transaction. We do not share your details with manufacturers, marketing companies, lead brokers or data aggregators.
Your choices
Ask us what we hold about you and we will tell you. Ask us to correct it and we will. Ask us to delete it and we will, subject to records we are required to retain — and note that deleting the service record ends the ability to make a warranty claim against it.
Children
This is a service for homeowners. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under thirteen, and there is no mechanism on this site through which a child could submit anything.
Changes
This sheet is dated 2026-08-15. If the site ever gains a booking form or any measurement script, this page is updated in the same commit that adds it — not afterwards.
